trying for several days to make new password ********@******.***... response demands back up code..which I used ...did not work... so without backup code cannot get password, and with password ***** get back up code????

The backup code can be tricky as they keep track of how many times you request a code.

I would like to help you reset your password, but I have to be able to connect to your computer to do i have to be able to SEE your screen.

Are you able to do this now, as it does take about 15-30 minutes to complete.
