smtp.att.yahoo.com is not accepting my password ***** outlook and I cant receive or send email
JA: How long has this been an issue?
Customer: off and on at my work computer for several weeks. I will log in using my NEW password ***** it won't accept
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: no not to my knowledge
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: no i just get continuous pop ups every 2 seconds for password
