Have Windows 10 Pro version 1607, OS build 14393.321 and since the aniversary update have the following problems.
1 start button does not work.
2 cortana does not work
3 cannot access action centre
4 notifications don't work
5 cellular has disappeared and is not in the menu for Airport mode in network & internet, so i cannot use my mobile broadband

I have restarted several times tried all the fixes from the internet and none of them work. This problem has only happened since the aniversary update

Have you tried system restore to earlier restore before this update?

Are you using a Microsoft account or Local user account to login to windows 10?

Cortana and the start button are part of this group.

Right-click the taskbar and open Task Manager.

Or on your keyboard hold down Ctrl + Alt + Del and then select Task Manager

Click "More details" (if you see it)

click File>>Run new task

Put a checkmark in the administrative box, type: powershell in the text area and click OK.

Copy and paste the command below at the blinking prompt and press Enter (it may start on its own)

Get-AppXPackage | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

Restart the computer and let me know the result please.
