Geek Squad, I have Comcast for internet access. I can stream

Customer Question

Hi, Geek Squad,
I have Comcast for internet access. I can stream programs (movies, etc.) to my computer screen, but can't access the internet via wifi on the big TV screen. I don't think there is a technical problem, I think I just don't know how to do it. Is this something you can help me with? (Because I am totally not a techie!)
TIA, Nan R.

Hi. My name is***** you for your question and the opportunity to assist.

The first step in getting your TV connected via wireless is, using your remote,

you go into the TV settings and configure the network settings.

Once that's done, apps like Netflix and Hulu should become active after you've signed in to them.

What's the brand and model number of your TV?

Samsung Series 7+ 7000

You'll need to know the name of your wireless network and your wireless password ***** this.

On your remote open Menu

Go to Network>>Network Settings>>Wireless.

Here's a link to the manual:[ENG_US]GPATSCA-1025.pdf

You'll select you wireless network and enter the password ***** get the TV connected.

Hi, Byron. I can see that this is not going to work, not your fault. I need somebody here to do it for me, and I guess your service does not send out techs to the home. Anyhow, that's what I need. Thanks for your help. How much are you charging me?
