Help if you can.Jack M.

Good morning...oh I hate that. That happened to me and ruined my PC, at least as far as performance goes. This is not a simple fix. Are you fairly comfortable on your PC?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
SteveYes, I have learned to live with it.
Please tell me the prognosis and if anything can be done.
Jack M.

Hi...sorry for the delay, took the weekend off. Have you tried using a different browser such as Chrome or Firefox? That would get rid of the out of memory problem in IE. However, speaking from experience when Windows upgrades itself from 7 or 8 to 10 it usually means a slower PC. The fix, which is a pain, is too wipe the hard disk and do a fresh brand new windows 10 install, then it will run well. Hope this helps!
