I am trying to use google share with a business, as I work it keeps timing me out and I lose all the work I am doing in excel. Please note, this is my first time using the shared folders
JA: What's the make and model of your computer? And what version of Excel are you using?
Customer: I am working on an ACER and I have the most current version of excel.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: yes, two days is my first day to work in the shared folders
