Hey Marina, Can you give me more info? Godaddy tech support is pretty bad, and even worse at DNS

Server: UnKnown

Non-authoritative answer:

So DNS is pointing to

Expert:  Tim replied 10 months ago.

That IP is hosted by godaddy, so if you are hosting with godaddy your fine, if you are just using godaddys domain and are hosting it somewhere else, some is wrong, and the new DNS needs to be updated in their Admin Tool.

They are hosting the domain, but why I am getting this message when I am trying to set up ( add) domain in the Admin page of Office 365?
Customer: replied 10 months ago.
I would gladly give you control, I am in France and the computer does not accept my phone number, i.e. preface 0033 is not accepted. Can we do this without a phone number registered on the page?

i'm here, sorry.

Expert:  Tim replied 10 months ago.

Yeah we can do a remote session, i'm not sure why its showing up in office, it should have nothing to do with office.

There is a difference between domain hosting and data hosting

Expert:  Tim replied 10 months ago.

You should not be adding a domain to office, unless its for editing code and wants the IP to upload it, doesnt make much sense.
