Hi I am trying to find my Microsoft Word program on my computer and its not there?
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact model of your computer? And what operating system are you running?
Customer: Lap top Asus, running Windows 10
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: No
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I am trying to use Free Avery Template Software and it asks for Microsoft word?

OK. Well, Word isn't included with Windows, so you may simply not have it.

You could purchase Word, but if you only need it for Avery, I could help you setup software that would not require it. Would you like for me to remotely connect to you to set this up while you watch?
