If so, can you access them?
Ok, are you using a wireless connection?
Ok, can you try using a wire to connect to your router and see if the computer connects with the internet ok and then accepts your updated Microsoft login password?
Can you move the computer closer to the router?
I think there may be a problem with the hotspot/wireless connection - can you try moving the computer closer to the desktop and using a wired connection?
