I have changed my password ***** google on my mac, but when I try to get into the other devices and use that password ***** says it's wrong and won't allow it.
JA: How much experience do you have with this particular machine?
Customer: With my Mac - Pretty experienced
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: I installed the latest version
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No, I don't think so. I have four of the devices that I use to connect to Google mail in front of me if that will help the expert
