My Junk folder has not updated since July 19. A Microsoft Support person helped me with other problems I was having with Outlook that day. They also helped me again yesterday with Outlook. I need to have a working Junk folder. Some things that show up there are important. Can you help me? I'm running Window 10 and MS Office 365.
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact model of your computer? And what operating system are you running?
Customer: I'm using a Dell Laptop Insperon 15-3000. I just discovered that the address book I have been using in Outlook is not available to me
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Not since yesterday.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Not to think of right now.
