Customer: yes about two days ago and then power in neighbor went out so it has been stuck in automatic repair after updating

I can only get shut down and advance options, then advance options give me three choices continue trouble shoot and turn off, hit trouble shoot, i get refresh, reset advance options, neither of those work, then i get 6 choices neither work

last night you ask for 25.00 and i see the price just went up 14.00 more dollars, however acer and the computer repair said between 15.00 and 25.00 give back the 5.00 dollars
