I am denied access.
JA: What kind of computer do you have?
Customer: I have a mac
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: I have had site migration
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: When and if I manage to upload the email, I have a few minutes with it and then I am "denied access" and cannot continue.

Yes. As far as I know. Having my email covering the browser, I have been told: An error occurred. Access denied.

I have also had flash before me: Your login details do not match our records. I have used these details for years. Recently I have been trying to eliminate a multitude of emails but have been unable to do so because of the interruptions of "access denied".

What about the free week of your service? Will it apply? I have never needed your help until now.
