I just installed a new SSD to replace a smaller SSD, the computer will not boot up to the OS & I cannot figure out how to change the boot order in the Asus UEFI
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact model of your Asus? And what operating system are you running?
Customer: Windows 10 OS, I'll have to try to find the exact model of my Asus
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Computer worked well before I installed the new larger SSD ... a few weeks before that I updated to windows 10 but that did not cause problems
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: just that when I go to the Asus UEFI utility I can find the new hard drive, but don't know how to make it the boot drive
