Incredimail has crashed. Restarting incredimail doesn't help. An error box is displayed and nothing can get rid of it. Powering down the computer and restarting doesn't help. The crash is still in effect and the error box doesn't go away.
The Crash Details message is as follows
Exception: ACCESS_VIOLATION (C0000005) - on reading from 00000000

I want you please to do a system restore to undo any corruption that can cause this

To do this, close all programs.

Click start, system restore.

Then follow the onscreen steps and perform a restore choosing a restore date before the problem start.
