JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: all that i can find

Up graded mother board in POS system . USB mouse, keyboard, cash drawer, printers, msr all plug n play all work but not MSR

when you turn on the pos machine do you get a display on the monitor

everything works but MSR it just beeps tried different ones

ordinarily it shows up in device list as a keyboard so it looks like there are two keyboards not in this new mother board
