it is actually on my iPhone....I cannot sign into (I did the update) I am in a vicious circle ...even though my passwords were saved when I enter my email (which BTW) it say it does not recognize it and yet you do show this on my profile (*****@******.***). tried the key approach and the same thing happens and yet my.yahooo works fine on my laptop....the mobile app

Can you please on the iPhone hold the home and power buttons for about 10 seconds until you see the apple logo then release.

Let the iPhone restart and when it has, tell me if it now accesses the account please.
