When I run my laptop on the first thing it asks for a password, will not accept any password ***** have. I had to get a new battery so I don't know if that's the problem. I use Windows 8.
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?

JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: No I haven't been able to use it since I put in the new battery
