HI! I'm having an issue completing my purchase for Zen in Neverwinter. Orginally, my credit card provider put a hold on my card after they thought the charges were fraudulent. After confirming the charges with my financial institution, they refreshed my account, and took off the block for my purchase.
I attempted to make the purchase for 11,100 Zen ($99.99) but I repeatedly get the message-The funds could not be added to your wallet. I tried to add another credit card and debit card but the same message came up.
How can this be resolved? And can it be today?
