For Online Computer Support, Ask a Computer Technician
My name is David.
To resolve the issue do the following:
First right click on the start menu button, and then right click on command prompt and click Run as Administrator in the menu that appears. Then type "netsh" and press enter. Next type "winsock reset" and press enter. Then restart your computer. Then click Start, Settings, System, Power and Sleep, then additional power settings and click on "Choose what the power buttons do". Then scroll down to Shutdown Settings and uncheck the box next to "turn on fast startup" and click save changes.
Note that before you uncheck the "turn on fast startup" you may need to click “Change Settings that are currently unavailable” to enable the uncheck option of the other.
Please let me know if that resolves the issue and/or if you have further questions.
Just checking to find out if you have had a chance to try the solution.
