Been with AOL since 2002. Have not had System Mechanic since I loaded Windows 10. Now having new issues I don't know how to fix. Need to reload System Mechanic again.
JA: How long have you had this issue with your A.O.L. account?
Customer: Since Windows 10. Nearly nine months. When AOL is loading, A 3X4 window flashes upper left of screen the quickly disappears. System is slow. Get consistant "Sorry" messages screens reload and then reload Tabs message.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Not that I know of other than what may be update automatically. I pay for Morton and have McAfee.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I don't know what to pass on.
