I am unable to download my incoming messages. My JUNO account was deleted by a message that malware was discovered in one of my messages. I reloaded with a CD that I had of an older version. If yoiu send me an Email, I don't know if I will be able to open it.

Customer: You are the first one. Whom whould I contact?
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I think there is a setting that might be incorrect. My wife has a JUNO account and her account is working. I walked thru the settingsd, but did not find anything that looked incorrect.
JA: The computer expert can solve this for you. Anything else you want him to know before I connect you two?
Customer: Yes, how can I get the latest version of JUNO loaded on my PC?
