I am the person that will be helping you today.

The Recovery drive (D:) should not have any personal files on it as it is only used for recovery. If you are getting messages that D: drive is getting full, you may simply ignore those messages. Often times, Windows will not recognize that it is the recovery drive.

I very highly suggest that you do not delete anything on the D: Recovery drive because if you do so, you may delete the recovery options for the future. If you wish, I can remote into your system and verify all of this for you.

I will be standing by, looking forward to your response.

Thank you,
