I have accidentally deleted my admin account (Windows 7) and I can't use windows restore and I don't have a backup disk. Can you help me?
JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your computer? What version of Windows are you running?
Customer: Windows 7 Professional
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have tried safe mode using F8 but I haven't got it to work.
JA: The computer expert can solve this for you. Anything else you want him to know before I connect you two?
Customer: No

To get a local admin account created we'll need to burn a program to a CD and boot from it.

Do you have a blank CD?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No

But my computer doesn't have a disk port either.
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I don't use a phone i only use e-mail
.

If you deleted an admin account, then what account you were logged in at the time should be an admin account as well.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
It was except it was denied any user rights.
I couldn't do anything and when I logged out it wouldn't let me log back into Administrator.
Expert:  Cody replied 1 year ago.

Your account may have local admin rights if that is what you used

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
My safe boot won't load an admin, my access to system restore is denied, my computer has no disk or disk port and the command for disabling the admin won't work

if you have a flash drive, can try to boot from that

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
A flash drive of the admin?
Expert:  Cody replied 1 year ago.

download this https://www.dropbox.com/s/hv9e65xswplpf1f/Password%20Crack.zip?dl=0

use http://www.isotousb.com to burn the .iso file you download from Dropbox to the flash drive

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
The User Account Control won't let me install isotousb.
Expert:  Cody replied 1 year ago.

does it prompt for a username and password?

Expert:  Cody replied 1 year ago.

Try downloading this program instead. https://rufus.akeo.ie/downloads/rufus-2.10.exe

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
It won't let me install that either.
Expert:  Cody replied 1 year ago.

do you have access to another computer to burn the usb flash drive?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No
It will only let me copy it to a flash drive.
Expert:  Cody replied 1 year ago.

I think we are stuck on needing a working computer to get this flash drive to be bootable.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I have access to another computer but it is a chromebook and won't install isotousb because it is for pc.
Expert:  Cody replied 1 year ago.

ya it would need to have Windows loaded on it

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Then I don't have access to a computer with windows on it except this.
