Frostwire won't download torrents -- flickers and disappears
JA: How long has this been going on?
Customer: since I install the program 6 and before that the other versions would not search or download
JA: How much experience do you have with this particular machine?
Customer: Some with 7 but I'm better with XP
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: reinstalled old java into the file with old one -- improved on xp; on 7 I have been trying different versions; went up and now I'm starting with the older ones; oldest 5's have a new error since I first installed a 5 version -- now they won't install because of an unpack 200 error -- I believe updates have ruined my Window 7. Also the internet won't let me go to Old Aps. I finally went on two different browsers once before locking me out . The third one (Safari) did today but what about next time. I believe Microsoft keeps sabotaging its own product. My first experience was when my new XP was wiped out on the first day by updates.
JA: The computer expert can solve this for you. Anything else you want him to know before I connect you two?
Customer: How to get rid of the virus carried by System Healer which I picked up trying to get a very old arc soft version that was on my Xp which also has a virus. This time it lasted four years before getting bitten.
