I recently purchased a computer tune up (2 year) for $80.99 & received your invoice No(###) ###-####paid for on line by Visa however when I received my statement it has been billed twice.

from which store (or website) did you buy your computer?

Please talk with the store representative or contact the "website owner", explain what happened and ask for the duplicate charge to be reversed. the transaction should be reversed within three to five business days.

Or contact your Visa card's issuing bank, explain the situation to the bank and ask it to refund the charges.
