My laptop is offline I don't have wifi as I just moved I just need to look at some docs I have on my lap top
JA: Have you tried unplugging your router for about ten seconds? And what about other devices? Do they have connectivity?
Customer: I don't have internet at all I don't get it until tomorrow can I still log into my lap top or do I have to wait until I get internet tomorrow
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Chbaged my password ***** my phone for Microsoft

Although there are different ways to solve this, they are mostly quite laborious if you absolutely can't connect the computer to the internet, even temporarily.

the methods I would be suggesting would require more than just a phone with mobile data, unless your phone can double as a wifi hotspot, and even that could be difficult without being able to login. that's why i was asking about the account and the nature of the lost password.
