Customer Question

When I turn it on it says it is not working correctly. Then it goes to Automatic Repair When I press Automatic Repair it just goes back to the same thing "not working correctly"
I have rebooted many times. Unfortunately I was too dumb to create a backup I am trying to reset it now. It is going very slowly and has been on 1% for 10 minutes. Would appreciate any help you have to offer. Thank you.
