I was notified that my Microsoft office was due to expire

Customer Question

I was notified that my Microsoft office was due to expire and I notified you that I wanted it canceled. This a.m. I see that $99.99 was taken from my checking. I canceled before the expiration date and would like my refund. Hope this is taken care of as I am on a fixed income and canceled because I can no longer afford it.
