Hi, thank you for contacting My name is Russell. I will do my best to provide the right answer to your question.

I will need to know what computer (Windows or Apple) you have, and what email program you use, in order to tell you where to seek Junk Mail and Spam Mail folders in that email program. Please let me know, in Reply To Expert, and I will instruct you.

I have a Macpro computer and my web mail address is:***@******.***I also discovered that my advertisement with Gumtree was on pause which may have assisted in making this transaction holt.

OK, I understand some of what I need to know to advise you.

But still: what program do you open your email with, on your Mac Pro computer?

Is it perhaps Mail ?

Or 'Apple Mail' as it is sometimes called.

Or is it Outlook, maybe?
