I Khadijah Musa,ordered your product Urcila for gout,I gave my credit card information,I paid $130.95, and was told I would get a confirmation email with information on my tracking and shipping information and have not received anything,the money has been charged and taken from my account. I have called sent emails and now I just received a email asking what name and address I gave,when I sent my reply to that email address it was rejected saying no such email. I really want to know we're is my order? Thank you
