Customer Question

I have windows 7 and tried to upgrade to windows 10. Initially got message that I needed to update first. Hi,

It could be many reasons. I could either

  1. Attempt to go through some possibility
  2. Connect to your pc

Please be aware the Windows 10 upgrade entitlement has passed and you may not be able to get a copy.

If I can boot up in windows 7 I won't upgrade to 10.
