I am getting this message when I turn on my ACER ONE-----Interactive logon process initialization has failed. Please consult the event log for more details.

I'm sorry about the issue. When did this issue first occur?

Can you please confirm your Acer One computer has windows 7 (or windows xp, vista, or 8 or 10)?

It started quit a few years ago. It is windows 7 starter

Thank you. Can you please shut down the Acer One computer. (If needed, press and hold the Power on / off button on the computer for about 10 seconds to power it off.)

Then turn it back on. Then when the Acer / Aspire logo appears, press at the same time the two keys Alt and F10 on the keyboard. Then let me know if it shows something different.
