I recently bought a new computer and had to change my I D

Customer Question

Hi James, I recently bought a new computer and had to change my I D number and password ***** my Yahoo website. I forgot to write down both of those numbers.
Therefore, what has happened is that on my mobile phone which is an android Pantech from
AT&T I am not able to access any information from my Yahoo account because without
my ID and password ***** I cannot go to an At&t store for them to put those numbers
into my phone. Can you please help me so that I can write these numbers down and go
to At&t with them to put them in my phone.
Thank you.

If you've forgotten your account details, you should be able to use the Yahoo Sign-In Helper to reset and/or recover that information.

You'll need to supply some information that ties you to the account, such as:

  • Yahoo Sign-In
  • Recovery phone number
  • Recovery email address

The helper is available here:

Note: The Yahoo account email address you gave above includes a space in it. Valid email addresses do not include a space, so be careful of that when trying to use it.
