What is the error you get when you try to login to gmail.
Don't worry all you have to do is go the email account settings and remove gmail from the list and then you have to reboot the Blackberry.
Once rebooted use the Email app to add gmail, before adding i would suggest you to login to your gmail account to any of the computer to make sure you are able to login to your account successfully.
