I had Windows 7 Ultimate 32 byte. I am having a huge issue

Customer Question

Hello...I had Windows 7 Ultimate 32 byte. I am having a huge issue with being unable to install the ChartNet Client application. I have the instructions that were emailed to me from yesterday. My new employer's assistant worked with me this a.m. for several hours, trying any number of things so we could access the download app ( but all I get is a white screen stating there is a "remote" internet problem. My IE is working perfectly - I have no problems accessing other websites. Can you assist me in this?

Hi Maida, welcome.

I can try to help you with this via a remote session, let me know when you're ready to start.

As long as it is understood that if you cannot resolve this issue, I am not charged any additional fee other than the $5.00 "good faith" deposit. If that is correct, kindly proceed. Maida ***

My apologies Martin...I just got a land line phone call from my new employer's IT tech gentleman. He's taking over. Kindly reverse my "good faith" deposit. Thank you. Maida ***.
