Customer Question

I have an ASUS desktop computer. I was out of town for a few days, and when I came back and turned on my computer it had a message claiming that it would restore my computer back to an older setting that helps it work more efficiently. I said "ok" and the screen went blank for several minutes. I then restarted the computer, thinking it had stopped processing, and it came up with a message saying there was a problem and it was going to collect error data and automatically restart. When it restarted, the computer came up black again and will not respond to me. What's going on?
