Customer Question

I just bought an HP PC with Windows 10. However, one of my VERY important Adobe programs (CS Illustrator 5.5) keeps crashing. Research tells me that some older Adobe products (like mine) are having similar issues, and that I should get rid of 10. Is it possible to go back to 7?
JA: How long has this been going on?
Customer: HI Pearl- since I installed the adobe stuff a few days ago. Have had the computer about a month
JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your machine, and what operating system are you running?
Customer: HP Envy x360 - m6-ar004dx, running on Windows 10
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: LOTS of things. But I'm not that savvy, computer wise and get frustrated
JA: The computer expert can solve this for you. Anything else you want him to know before I connect you two?
Customer: That's about it
JA: OK. Got it. I'm sending you to a secure page on JustAnswer so you can place the $5 fully-refundable deposit now. While you're filling out that form, I'll tell the Computer Technician about your situation and then connect you two.

I just saw the CC info is still wrong - getting another card
Expert:  Cody replied 1 year ago.

oh I thought it was upgraded to Windows 10.

You can't revert back to Windows 7 if it came with 10, you would have to burn a Windows 7 CD and reload everything.
