What email client did you use to send the email? Outlook Web Access?
In Mail, in the Navigation Pane, click Sent Items.
Open the message that you want to recall.
On the Message tab, in the Move group, click Actions, and then click Recall This Message.
Click Delete unread copies of this message.

Ok, let me do some digging here real quick.
So - bad news/good news.
OWA 2010 does not inherently include a recall. However, there is a free extension you can use with OWA that adds this feature at http://www.windeveloper.com/common/download.htm?prod=8&type=1007

Unfortunately, this is the best I have to offer since it doesn't appear recall is a part of OWA. However, if you can configure MS Outlook to open your OWA mail, there is a feature in Outlook to recall a message built in, if you have that available.
I was able to verify this as I was using my own company's OWA to research and see if a recall is built in natively, which unfortunately it is not, which was corroborated by what I researched on it.
