I typed two emails earlier pressed sent. They are not in my sent file and I can't locate them anywhere
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?

Customer: any ideas?

Customer: checked "sent" mail . . nothing there. Looked in "drafts" - nothing there. Not sure where else to look
