I was making a long list on Notepad and accidentally hit an incorrect key - all my work disappeared and I have only two letters on the page. How can I retrieve my work?

With it open press CTRL and Z

No, it didnt Just brings back the accidental letter

Ok, then it will be lost sorry. Notepad is a very basic program and has no auto backups.

I advise you always press CTRL + S as your using it to ensure you are actually saving the file to the computer
