Customer: this is the first time I tried

Customer: I tried to hit the camera but it didn't do anything

First, sign in to your Chromebook, and then click the Launcher (with a search icon) > All apps.

Next, click Camera.

Focus the camera and click the red button to take a picture.

Pictures you take with your Chromebook will be saved in the gallery. To see the gallery, click Gallery in Launcher > All Apps.
