I have HP desktop computer. I'm an AOL subscriber, but when I described problem I'm having, AOL tech told me to call Microsoft. McAfee doesn't show that I have a a virus but I'm encountering frequent freezes and occasional "crashes". Screen goes black and tells me that windows has shut down to prevent damage. Not sure what to do.
