JA: How long has this been going on?
Customer: The display does not respond to keypad and shows SER.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Door is locked. how can I open safe ?

The code "SER" means the safe requires service.

Is this safe mounted in a hotel, or your home?

If it is in a hotel, you should call reception to get it unlocked.

If it is in your home, then you should have gotten an e-key with the safe when you bought it, which opens the safe without the code.
If you don't have the e-key then you need to get in touch with your dealer or Assa Abloy, who now support the Elsafe range:
