Customer Question

Our Pandora, via our Denon/TDS television sound system, stopped playing and asked us to input our email address and password. It has never done this before as we have had pandora for 1 1/2 years. I entered our email address and password ***** pandora is not responding. Please advise/help.

Can you please remove the power to the Denon (so unplug it from the power socket).

Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the denon, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.
