I am trying to make a purchase from Slotomania as I have done numerous times but now I can't get it to except a different credit card. What can I do?

If it won't accept a different credit card, you probably have to register that credit card with it first.

Or, you have entered the information for the new credit card wrongly... some tips:


since some banks store all your information in UPPER-CASE letters.

- be sure you have the address perfectly entered, and it is current and the same as the address on your bank statement.

- be sure the expiration date is stated correctly. That's necessary.

- and if need be, call the issuing bank or credit union, to see if the card (if it is new) is also activated for use.

Is your user identity, or login, with Slotomania, still working?

Try logging into it, and see.

Then while still logged in to Slotomania, try entering / purchasing with the new credit card. That may make the difference.
