Hello, and thank you for choosing

Depending on your RECOVERY OPTIONS available, you might be able to RESET the password ***** your Google Account (Gmail)

Did you setup a phone number on your google account? So that Google could TEXT your phone, and send you a secret password ***** code.

This keeps your account from being hacked.

Although this option can be changed, you have to use that same number, so it would be VERY VERY difficult.

The other option is for using an email account as a recovery option for your google account.

So, did you setup EITHER of these recovery options in your Gmail account?

The account that got hacked is Plenty of Fish online dating site.

YOu didnt mention that it was a POF account.

I thought your Gmail account was hacked.

This is VERY different.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I thought this was the site for POF. I'm not going to pay to have this fixed. I will wait to hear from them.
