Hold the Eject button down for 20 seconds continuously.

Then release it, and the drive, as well (i.e., don't hold the door shut any longer.)

If there is no eject button to press, then you have no DVD drive, I don't think.

If there is no eject button, you may have a DVD player or DVD drive only as an upgrade option.
