Customer Question

Our access to our e-mail, through Google, has some how left us. We were away from home for a solid 10 days. While out of state, my husband, Martin D. Larsen (cell;(###) ###-####, needed to access our home computer. In doing so, I believe he was instructed to change our password ***** was not difficult or a problem. We received a confirmation text message on my cell(###) ###-####. Upon returning home we discovered a screen message asking us which of three accounts we would like to use; Marty Larsen (his), Barb Larsen (mine) or Wendy Simmermon (a daughter). In selecting one (he wanted "Marty") he correctly deleted Wendy's but incorrectly deleted his own. Not a problem IF I could remember MY password. That particular account was set up (unasked) about 6 or 7 years ago by a friend who thought she was "doing me a favor". I dismissed the act as I never intended to use the account (why complicate things?). Now, I wish I had paid more attention because, for the life of me, I can not remember it. I can not be reached by computer but am available by cell,(###) ###-#### Thank you, ***** ***** for what ever help you can provide to get things back on track. Barb Larsen, Hurley, SD 57036
