My e-mail sign-in does not work. The answer I get is the following: Sign in failed. A personal firewall or other security software is blocking the temporary cookie required
by Web Mail. Please disable cookie(I don't know how to do this)blocking or configuring
your software to allow cookies from
I was on the phone with EarthLink for about an hour and they could not solve the
problem. They suggested I contact Microsoft.
